The model who accused Chris Brown of assaulting her has surfaced again ... this time on the beaches of Miami with the bare minimum of clothing.
Liziane Gutierrez accused Brown of punching her earlier this year during a party in Las Vegas. No criminal charges were filed, though she's filed a lawsuit against him.
For now, it seems she's putting a lot behind her. And it looks good.
